Every comic book superhero eventually gets a special "origins" issue, right? Well, I feel this should apply to the Dings as well. The following is a teaser of an early version of the "cover art" for the origins issue of "The Ding Thing."

Since this is an ambitious project, and I am a lazy and disorganized person, expect the completed comic book in the middle-to-distant future, if ever.

This time, the cover is not a Photoshopped modification of an existing "real" comic, but my own composition using public domain images and a good deal of manipulation and processing. All that cover parody stuff has given me good practice, though.
