dave i reelize ur new rewl effects reglars but i can handle typos and bad spellers what i cant tolerate is those fly bys that post 2 hundred words in one paragraph with no punctuashun and all lower case or all upper case letters then they make things worse by using cyber slang like r u 4sur this rewl is kewl imho id like to torch these dummies with a verbal flame throwers can i can i be mean 2 em n btw do they still teach communicashun in skewl

Tim, while I wrote the rule to keep the regulars from each others' typographic throats, it does not - as you know - apply to those who would leave drive-by postings. Of course, those who are truly drive-by posters won't bother to read the flames of their 733tSp33k or other nonsesnse anyway, so it'd be a waste of effort.
