This would not be a frivolous lawsuit such as when someone slips due to their own clumsiness and then sues the owner of the premisses where they slipped, the manufacturer of the shoes they were AND god for creating gravity. This is just wrong. How would one of those protestors feel if their gonorrhea records were exposed? I don't know how much more we need to know about this. The law was broken and the parties that broke it should pay.

Gravity, not just a good idea...it's the law!

I found his site in under a minute with a google search. The Wetzel guy is really on the lunatic fringe, IMO.
The picture of the lady is a bit fuzzy. The medical details of the incident are there. Since it's none of my business, I didn't read them. Maybe Mr. Wetzel should do the same.

But that's my point, we DON'T know.
Here's a quote from that Fox site:
''Ted Eilerman, the hospital's president and chief executive officer, has said that the hospital maintains the confidentiality of patient records to the fullest extent possible. He also denied any ties between the Catholic hospital and the anti-abortion protesters.''
You see! The hosptial keeps the records confidential, so how do we know what was on the web were her records. They could have been made up. We have no proof of anything, yet. We have a fuzzy web site and something some reporter printed. Not evidence.

Whether it was made up or not it is still defmation and was claimed to be real.

Still illegal.

Radioactive GM Crops.

Slightly above background.

Safe to eat.

But no activist would dare rip it out.

As they think it gives them cancer.
