Well, if Bush is impeached, that'll be two presidents in a row we've impeached! Doesn't speak too well for American voters, or the American electoral process, now does it? Frankly, I'm becoming very disillusioned with our whole political process. The world needs to work toward some kind of stability, but with America changing political parties every few years, and each new administration struggling mightily to undo whatever the previous administration did, how will we ever get any kind of stability at all?

Nuff said.

You're not the only one with that problem. In good old blighty, the Labour-Conservative see-saw has been going on since WWII, with the result that our public services are now in a complete mess. Perhaps we're a little ahead of you, as the parties are now blending into some kind of centre-right mish-mash where the difference in policy is so slight it's barely discernable. Actually, maybe we're not, as I always thought Republican-Democrat see-saw swung a lot less than ours in any case.

One things for sure, the "ordinary thinking joe" on the street is hardly delighted about it all.
