Evolution is first an atheistic, materialistic world view. In other words, the primary reason for its acceptance has little to do with the evidence for or against it. Evolution is accepted because men are atheists by faith and thus interpret the evidence to cor-respond to their naturalistic philosophy.

That's all irrelevant. You said that if people have faith and pray, they'd be blessed, and implied that a blessed life requires God to exist. I don't pray or have faith - and in fact I reject your bullying, petty and hateful vision of God - yet I still lead a blessed life. Go figure.
So, why did you get divorced?
And I see you're still saying that 5% equals 0%. I guess you don't use any math in your work, eh? |

I was merely testifying that when I do as God asks, my life, for me, is easier. You can go after you life without God, but I question you true happiness. I have been on both sides of the tracks, extreme evil and good. I am much happier being good, and following as many of the commandments in the bible as I can!!!!
Satan carried Jesus up to a mountain top, showed him all the nations of the earth with all their riches, and said, "All this will I give you if you bow down and worship me." Basically give me your soul, hmmm seems as though the devil can do a fair amount of blessing, in exchange for your soul of course!!!! |

But I reject the notion of Satan as well.
I have broken exactly three of the Ten Commandments in my lifetime, and only one of them do I continue to break. Of Jesus' two most-important commandments, I break the first one, continually. Why do I follow the commandments at all? Because society would frown upon me if I went around killing people (for example). I have no fear of Hell, nor desire for the Christian idea of Heaven. My following any of the commandments is simply coincidental.
And who the hell made you God that you can know my happiness based upon your sorry life? |

Funny... as you so rightly complimented me on my critical thinking skills earlier, re: 'UNCHRISTIAN', I don't ever remember me being 'evil'. I wonder if thats a coincidence or a direct result of being 'UNCHRISTIAN'. Difference between you and I Verlch, is that I've got a modicum of moral fibre in me. You, it seems, can only be good to your fellow man by the fear of 'burning in hellfire and brimstone'. Do ya get it? Put simply Verlch, if the threat of your version of god's wrath is wasn't there, you would melt down your old Gran for the silver in her hair! I, on the other hand don't have/care-about that threat and I've been a good boy!! Christians hold the moral high ground! Pah! |

I called you a liar because of your readiness to restate things that have been proven to be lies. From the top of my head, as an example, look at No 44 here; http://www.skepticfriends.org/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2841 Filthy will thank you for considering it also, I'll betcha! Things* like this have been proven to be the most reliable methods, repeatedly tested and verified with other methods to ensure their efficacy. Hence, I feel justified in calling you a liar, Liar! Now, can you please show me where I have lied? Or will you be rescinding your accusation? Remember, when I had a momentary lapse of self control and made swinging statements, I had the moral fortitude to apoligise, immediately.
On a side note, if evolution is only a theory, because no-one was there, you can't see it! Show me gravity! Not it's effects, we can see them, as we can see the effects of evolution. So show me it, where's this gravity thing everbody goes on about. I aint seen it!!!
*'things' could be any of the sciences, thats why I left it a little vague!
Edited for the usual; spelling and grandma! And to add the * above this litle note. |

You can't see the wind, but you can feel it. What is wind, guys? And why can't we see it? It's an invisible force, doing good (a cooling breeze) or doing evil...(knocking over buildings in a flood of chaos). The moral of the story is you can't see it but you know its there!!!!!
Some of those 200 assertions are taken out of context...while I was exaggerating a point. Nobody seems to care about that!!!! So declaring me a LIAR in all caps is rather hurtful, given the fact you don't know how those things are written. |
