And you so kindly demonstrate your TOTAL ignorance, yet again, as you have done countless times here, about the ToE.

Thank you for driving my point home with that bit of evidence verlch.

Maybe one of these days you will bother to learn the concept of common decent, rather than the straw-man bullshit about monkies that you are so fond of. The evidence in support of common decent is staggering in it's volume. You chose to ignore all of it.

Your ignorance stands unparalleled on the SFN. (though some do come close)

Yeah uh huh, with all those 500 million year old "perfect" fossils we should find some perfect, many million perhaps, of fish transforming into a higher order, and our recent realations with the order of monkies.

Anyways, science has done something right and true for a change. They found three stars so big, that there are bigger than the orbit of Jupiter! I almost lost my lunch at the size of those babies.
The last stars I heard about where around mars orbit, and I thought those where huge. I'm sure there are bigger ones!

Underlying the evolutionary theory is not just the classic "stuff" of science — conclusions arrived at through prolonged observation and experimentation. Evolution is first an atheistic, materialistic world view. In other words, the primary reason for its acceptance has little to do with the evidence for or against it. Evolution is accepted because men are atheists by faith and thus interpret the evidence to cor-respond to their naturalistic philosophy.

From my ass. It is widely believed and something verlch might accept.

Oh for crying out loud. You guys don't believe you are at the top of the food chain on this planet? The bible says we are the highest authority of all the species on the planet that you seem to believe, with alot of faith, that we evolved from. Now you are competing with Dolphins for the top spot. Hmmm, sometimes the evolving stuff, really throws me for a loop....lol....

No verlch, we are not at the top of the food chain. Lots of beasties feast upon our succulent bodies and some are quite likely to be doing so, even as we speak. And when we become naked beach-apes, we enter a whole 'nother food chain that we are even farther from the top of than ever.

Bacteria are clearly at the top of the food chain on this planet. They consume us indiscriminately, and often there is little or nothing we can do about it.

I will bring it into discussion if I ever meet a Panthera tigris or perhaps a Carcharodon carcharias. I hope they will be impressed.

The species that we evolved from are long gone.

Yeah the fossils are long gone....ehrm....also!!!

Oh so now I evolved from a donkey...I'll buy it, since I can see so many creatures making GIANT leaps and transforming...keif...tuff...chee...teech....into other creatures. Macro Evolution is something I observe in nature every single day!

With this lack of reading comprehension it is easy to understand how you can believe in biblical inerrancy.

Verlich I would agree that we are at the top of the food chain. Sharks sometimes eat people, but we eat about 10,000 sharks for each person eaten. We are also the most intelligent creatures on the planet.

We are NOT the most evolved however. Apes are just as evolved as we are. I know that this probably seems incredible to you, but that is because you don't have a clue about the TOE.

If I knew then what I know now then I would know more now than I know.

The unsupported assertation. It is a perception that is common in the US.

Been there. Done that. verlch responds with arguements on Satan, women are evil, claims that he is speaking for God, and general dick waving. He has yet to directly respond to any refutation.

Welcome to the board. Perhaps if you checked some earlier posts by verlch, our frustration and vehemence might be better understood.

We have presented evidence to verlch repeatedly, extensively, and in abundance.

He totally ignores it.
