I can respect people that consider them self to be republicans, or people that dislike Kerry, but it is hard to respect someone who claim to be Pro-Bush.

But really, how can you blame the president for acting on WMD information that all the top democrats, including clinton and kerry, believed was true at the time. Now all of a sudden "he lied".
While Kerry, Clinton and others maybe should have known better, it was not they who made the decision to attack Iraq. It was not their responsibility.
It was Bush who made the decision. It is Bush who is responsible for the mess in Iraq.
Bush is the chief executive officer of the federal government, leader of the executive branch, and the commander in chief of the armed forces. The buck stops there!
It was Bush appointee, Ashcroft who refused to hear about terrorist plans to use of commercial airplanes in attacks. The main enemy (Osama bin Laden) is still eluding the US forces. The last four years have seen a net loss of jobs. The budget deficit is at a record level. The Iraq war is a military, a diplomatic, a social and an economic failure.
How can Bush supporters pretend that the president is not responsible?
Ignorance is bliss.

I may be mistaken, and I realize that this guy probably won't be back, but why do so many of these self-proclaimed Libertarians support Bush simply over an economic platform that has little to do with the Libertarian economic platform.
These radid cyber-Libertarians seem to forget about their social platform in exchange for an economic fantasy. They even condone a foriegn war of aggression! And, the worst part about the whole thing is that GOP and Dem economic platforms are nearly identical.
I don't get it...
Now, maybe this guy, Yodious, isn't a Libertarian, but he syre sounds like one to me. |
