Or wasp stung

Oh, I get a few of those almost every summer from trying to take close-up photos of the nests. One nest in particular got me several times. There was an orb weaver spider (species unknown) directly under it and the lady was snagging wasps and living high on the arthropod hog. I wanted to record how long she lasted amongst her prey, prey that was just as carnivorus as she. I got a few great, if amaturish, pics of her catching the wasps and spinning them in silk.

And then one day, she was gone...... And I got stung no more.

Well let's see. I have totaled a car, a snowmobile (at 70 MPH), a motorcycle and crashed a boat into another boat while pulling a skier! So what do I do now that I am a little older and wiser (not to mention the father of two young one's) I go out and buy another motorcycle. Oh, but it's ok I tell myself, this one has antilock brakes!!! I'm also very interested in getting a pilots license.

P.S. I have never broken a bone in my body (lost some teeth in the motorcycle incident however).

I would rather face a cold reality than delude myself with comforting fantasies.

I have this habbit of staying up far to late into the morning (no, not night, but the next morning), often untill 3 or 4am. Usually it involves a good book or a computer game of some sort. For some unknown reason, I always manage to convince myself that I'll be able to get up in a couple hours and get to work/school/ect on time! It rarely happens.

Damn Wreck! I think at this point, I'll link the Darwin Awards, 'cause sooner or later one of more of those brain-dead turkeys will earn one. The guy under the pickup -- shudder!
