Hey, HYBRID, since I'm not too bright I was wondering if you could back up and tell me what, exactly your point is. Starting a thread by linking such and such followed by "Hmm..." isn't a great way to start a discussion.
Ideally, you'd post something like this:quote:

| I guess we will continue to ignore the Prescott Bush funding the nazi's thing, oh well, anyway, I guess I'll stay down here and talk about this ONE thing some more. Why not take the famouse fasces down, why keep it up?It is obvious that there is 0, no, not even a remotly close of a good reason those should be there! |

I thought we had determined that
1) Prescott Bush was an extreme minority shareholder in a Nazi investment scheme.
2) George H. W. and George W. Bush are not Prescott Bush.
Why take them down? They've been there for an extended period of time. That the Nazi's co-opted the symbology does not warrant the removal of it. And the cost of removal would be substantial. The government has much better uses for money than removing symbology co-opted by others. |
