A Swedish Sci-Fi novelist wrote a novel in which the narrative is the son of the emperor of a vast galaxtic empire who had a fatal ship break down in the vicinity of Earth. In order to survive until a rescue party could retrieve him, he transferred his psyche into a foetus which he had inserted in a woman of the local population. Once he was old enough, he started to tell people to prepare for a time in which Earth would be incorporated into the galactic empire. Unfortunately, a lot of people misunderstood him.

Edited to add:
As far as I know, none of the writer's work has been translated to English. For those of you who read Swedish, this novel is written by Börje Crona and is called "Sin faders son", but I don't recall in which of the novel-collections.
Kosmisk musik (1977)
Stjärnornas fred (1979)
Något gott i 2080 (1980)
Mannen från April (1982)

I need evidence, however I do not expect any before or after I die.

What if these aliens had some sensory ability which humans could not recreate and they used it to obtain their proof?

If I were in charge of an alien race, I would keep humans as far away as possible.

"...They accept such things on faith alone, without any evidence. So if a fraudulent and cunning person who knows how to take advantage of a situation comes among them, he can make himself rich in a short time." -Lucian critical of early Christians c.166 AD From his book, De Morte Peregrini

This adresses God and Off-worlders. I didn't know what section to put it in, but here is my question to you guys:

An advanced civilization makes overt contact with Earth. Their technology seems like magic and they have superior genetics. They also disclose that they believe in a Creator.

Do you believe them?

No. The people that would believe are the religious segments of the population, like christian and muslims.

This is the same sort of thing that happened to the stone age societies in the new world when the advanced technological societies of Europe invaded. They traded in their god for the european god.
It is just what you are implying which is, "gee they're so smart they must be right" or "their god is stronger than my god".

People who don't accept mythology as fact would say, "same shit different ass".

If I knew then what I know now then I would know more now than I know.

I have a counter-question:

If god came uto you, yea, from above, his beard quivering with excitement to the extent that occasionally you spot his arm with the missing hand which he hides there, and said unto you, yea:

"I have in my infinite wisdom, yea, conclusively disproved my existence with a suffient logical argument!"

And went on to regale this argument. Would you accept it and become an atheist?
