ISRAEL AUTHORIZES 'SEVERE' RESPONSE
Israel's Cabinet authorizes a "severe and harsh" response to the abduction of two soldiers by Lebanon's Hezbollah guerrillas, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's office said late Wednesday. The valleys along the Israeli-Lebanese border rang with the sound of artillery fire throughout the day.

Remember, there was a democratic election not too long ago that Hamas won? Well, Hezbollah is getting more into the act now.
This is what happens when the "leader" of the free world thinks anyone can SPREAD democracy anywhere, but especially in the volatile Mid East. Democracy grows from the roots up, not from the rotting fishhead down.
I hope this harsh response Israel has authorized doesn't include some of the nuclear weapons we help them obtain.
