Cheney to be called to testify in CIA leak case 5:52pm ET
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Vice President Dick Cheney will be called to testify as a defense witness at the trial of his former top aide who is charged with perjury and obstruction of justice in the CIA leak case, a defense lawyer said on Tuesday.
OY sez: Ah, with an invasion of Iran, the Cheney testimony won't have any "legs" on any network, will it? I wonder how Dick will avoid being sworn-in? And, how he'll try not to testify unless G. War is at his side.
