I see it as an excercise and an opportunity to hone my debating skills on easy targets. In the military, my drill-seargeant (actually, I had two: an ensign and a captain) said "Repetition is the mother of expertise".
If I ever hope to become as excellent as Dave in deconstructing arguments, I need a lot of practice. This seems like a good place to start: It's hard to miss and I can refine my skill at hitting the target from different angles.
