I've chimed in as well.

Here.
Dan doesn't seem willing to let go of his paranoia, but I suppose that's just a symptom of his underlying theistic pathology.
ig, you may want to drop a reminder in the original thread, and a comment on his delusions that we are one and the same.
|
Holy shit, I never saw that. Well, I gave him a nice, vague message telling him to check IP addresses or something. We'll see.

Dan's posted a couple of videos under the title "Evolution(ists) gets OWNED!!!," but it's standard Hovind-style tripe. I point out the posting only because I think everyone should encourage Dani' El to swallow his own arm up to the shoulder (see the comments). |

In context I'm not sure how this is an answer to what Zilch said.
Why do you all insist that not helping a child out of burning buildings is being a good person? Its criminal and not good at all, that would be considered (absolutely I might add) despicable behavior in any society. Be ashamed of that complacency.
| But what I find interesting is that here is a Xian chastising readers for their complacency and unwillingness to rescue a child. While just last week another Xian was able to justify the abuse of children, including murder, as a part of God's plan.
Something for everyone in that collection books. |

| And these Biblical cherry-pickers are the ones who are always decrying the "moral relativism" of secular people.

Yeah; I pointed that out during my last foray in 'discuting' with an Xtian.
The closest they come from explaining it is that the only moral law is that we absolutely have is to serve God. Hence, killing children is only evil when performed against God's will but if God ask you to do it, it's ok. |
Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there – on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. What, you mean where it says, "This post has been removed by the author?" I doubled-posted accidentally, so I deleted one copy. |

Well, I suspect I'm going to be banned from Dan's blog soon enough. He brought it on himself though, what I say to him in my last paragraph.
I've saved the HTML for the page for when he'll likely delete my reply.

What brought that on? this. Original posting here.

| Dan should be familiar with "Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." Consistent application should make him realize that, "He gave and you gave back." I'm sure that his prescient God has already taught him that lesson. |

I like this; I was able to zing him in my last reply. I think, anyway.
In reference to Leviticus 12:1-14 and Leviticus 12:4-7: Care to explain? No, I cannot, that one is new to me. Hmmm, I guess you should have read your bible more. |
