This time, we've got a another campus-like facility in the woods. To me, it appears that someone may have deliberately had the imagery of this place reduced in quality. (Tip of a scrambled-eggs hat to Boron10 -- who has opted out of this exercise -- for the suggestion.)

1. What its name?

2. Where is it?

3. What's sort of work is done here?

1. Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, Kenneth A. Kesselring site

2. West Milton, NY (near Schenectady)

3. Operates land-based prototypes of shipboard plants and is a training facility for USN personnel.

Correct, tw101356 for another three points! You now take the lead.

By the way, Boron10, the source of this idea and himself a nuclear submarine officer, suggested the place largely because he's trained there.

The standings:
  1. tw101356, 22 points
  2. bngbuck, 19 points
  3. Dave W., 14 points
  4. lorddix, 9 points
  5. Moakley, 4 points
  6. Steinhenge, 4 points
  7. Hal, 3 points
  8. Hawks, 3 points
  9. Simon, 3 points
  10. astropin, 1 point
  11. Dude, 1 point
  12. Filthy, 1 point
(Ties above are listed in alphabetical order.)
