YO: If what Newt Gingrich said about Jerry Falwell doesn't make you hurl, this will...

GALVESTON, Texas (AP) -- A woman blames the devil, and not her husband, for severely burning their infant daughter in a microwave, a Texas television station reported.

Eva Marie Mauldin said Satan compelled her 19-year-old husband, Joshua Royce Mauldin, to microwave their daughter May 10 because the devil disapproved of Joshua's efforts to become a preacher.

"Satan saw my husband as a threat," Eva Mauldin told Houston television station KHOU-TV

Or it could just be schizophrenia. Sad either way.

And if you really want to see a large collection of very religious and spiritual people, a psychiatric institution is a great place to see where many of them end up.

Thank goodness there were no microwaves when John Wayne Gacy was around.

And let's hope religion can be kept out of courtrooms (except for people swearing on the Buybull). Otherwise, a lot of these lunatics would get soft jail sentences just for having been tempted by the devil.

Which one? The boyfriend who claims he nuked the baby due to "stress" or his girlfriend who is defending him by claiming that Satan made him do it?

wow, how big is their microwave?

What are you looking at? Haven't you ever seen a pink shirt before?

I was asking myself the same thing when I put two slices of Domino's pizza in the microwave oven a few hours earlier.

Either the microwave was huge, or the child was really small.
