Sad isn't it? lol
He also seems to show that, like most HBers, he believes ALL conspiracy theories, even if they are at odds with each other...

I have trouble even answering them anymore. I sometimes wait until others have demolished their insistent idiocy, and then try to add a rational refinement -- (to pull the last piece from their house of cards,) but they (Prince, Dunash, etc.) don't get it. They are just missing those brain cells open to rethinking, adjusting, or dispelling dogmatic notions. Chip

Okay, Prince crossed the line...
quote: Actually Sarfati's rebuttal was rather good. Given the self-limiting and self-destructive nature of the atheist-liberal mindset, & their falling birthrate, in a few years, it's the erstwhile evolutionists who'll be brought back to belief in Creationism! The Evolutionist phenomenon will not last much longer historically because it is inherently non self-perpetuating.
If it wasn't so depressing he really thinks that way, it would be funny...

I find I can maintain my blood pressure easier if I skip any thread started by Prince, and scroll past any replies he makes in other threads. I do not have a clue what he's doing on an astronomy forum. Trying to convert people? Fat chance. Most on that board have forgotten more about science than Prince will ever know. That leaves the obvious answer: Troll

I'm sure Prince and Dunash consider themselves to be "witnessing", which is an important component in the practice of certain Christian groups.
It is depressing, though, especially when they link to relentlessly thickheaded articles on the "Answers In Genesis" site...

It's also just as bad when they occasionally link to legitimate science reports or articles from the news services, and then reinterpret them in some distorted fashion to justify their dogma. Eekch! I also cringe when I read Prince mindlessly justify Geocentricism-al'la-The-Bible via Einstein.--Chip

Joe the Bartender. A bit of a "JW" isn't he?
I do however appreciate Jay Utah's calm, assured, and informative way of addressing every little point that comes up. (Yup - I'm in the "BA" and "Jay Utah" fan clubs.) ===========

Can we have a vote to ban joe the bartender?

I'm not going to share any great or creative ideas with you closed minded trekkies until you learn to listen, and show respect to your adversaries. Why should I point out anything to you? So you can post it on your websites and show everybody what clever and original thinkers you are? I've come here with the highest of intentions, and why you Junior Space Cadets have chosen to ostricise me just proves that your Spock ears are on too tight.
Show respect to your adversaries??? He's been rude and insulting since post one...

I really have to take my hat off to the Bad Astronomer. He's a better man than I.
People like the above examples generate a desire in me to punch them right in the throat. Hard. Many times.
But the BA gives 'em the chance to demonstrate the true depth of their idiocy.
Bad Astronomer, I congratulate you!
